At My Area Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with a product, we’re here to help.

Eligible Refunds:

  • Damaged or expired products

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Missing items in the order

How to Request a Refund:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide order ID, product photo (if applicable), and reason for refund

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or wallet, as applicable
